To celebrate 20 years of the China Tang legacy, China Tang Dubai invites guests to an exclusive, one-night-only dining experience.

Designed with seven courses, with an additional wine pairing, the experience features guests seated on “long” tables, symbolising the enduring spirit of China Tang, while guests savour the restaurant’s celebrated cuisine in seven individually plated courses.

The evening’s menu has been meticulously crafted by Executive Chef Simon Wu and his expert culinary team, who will showcase a masterful interpretation of Cantonese favourites alongside bold new creations, designed exclusively for this evening.

Designed as a truly immersive dining experience, the Longevity Table commences with an elegant welcome reception in The Lounge, followed by a personal welcome from Chef Simon Wu before guests enjoy the exquisite presentation and unique flavours for which China Tang is renowned.
