Executive Chef Simon Wu holds an illustrious career spanning over four decades at multiple Michelin-recognised Chinese restaurants across Hong Kong, China and South Korea.
Throughout his career, Chef Simon has consistently combined technical mastery, creative modernisation, and a deep knowledge of Chinese culinary traditions to deliver truly memorable dining experiences.
He is known and trusted for leading his kitchens with exceptional skill and ingenuity, delivering refined Chinese cuisine with a particular focus on Cantonese fare.
