Inspired by Sir David Tang’s long-lived affection of literature and the classical arts, Sonnets & Sunsets – a golden hour ritual where the day unwinds with quiet charm.
From Monday to Friday, between 4:00PM and 7:00PM, guests are invited to savour a curated two-hour experience complete with a bottle of wine, alongside a delicately paired sharing platter.

As the sun begins to set, each table is gifted with beautifully printed cards featuring sonnets by Shakespeare and Al-Mutannabi to take home as a memento of their evening; a nod to China Tang’s poetic soul, all for just AED 198 per set.
