Ordering procedures and orders

Just follow the steps below.

Step 1
Shop and select your preferred mooncake collection and quantities of the items.

Step 2
Click on the shopping cart icon on the top right corner of the screen and then click “Proceed To Checkout” before confirming the quantity and total amount of the goods. (Enter coupon code before proceed to checkout)

Step 3
Filling your personal and billing information, click “Place Order” again.

Step 4
Check your information and click “Agree and Confirm”.

Step 5
Once you have completed the order, your order number will be displayed on the page and
the order confirmation email with a one-time unique redeemable QR code will be sent to your registered email address after the purchase has been successfully completed. Customer need to redeem the purchased product within the redemption period.
Redemption Period: September 1 – 29, 2023
If you do not receive the redeemable QR code, please contact us via email
(laisunmart@laisundining.com) as soon as possible.

1. What should I do if I entered the wrong email address or phone number when placing the order?
Please contact us via email (laisunmart@laisundining.com) immediately with the order number.

2. Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will only be shared with third parties where they abide by applicable data protection legislation. You may visit Privacy Policy page for more information.

Payment

1. What payment methods can I use?
Currently online payment is accepted via MasterCard /VISA/ Apple Pay/ Google Pay. All product prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars. The above payment methods are secure and reliable. All personal data and payment information are securely encrypted.

2. Why is my payment unsuccessful?
Due to various reasons, the purchase process may not be successfully completed, such as busy line interrupt etc. Customers can try again later. If still unsuccessful, please check with the issuing bank.

Order Pick-up

1. What are my pick-up options?
Currently, orders can only be collected in China Tang Landmark.

2. How to collect my order in store?
Upon completion of payment, customers will receive an order confirmation email with the redeemable QR code.

Redemption Period: September 1 – 29, 2023

If you do not receive the redeemable QR code from email, please contact us via email laisunmart@laisundining.com as soon as possible.

To collect your order, please present your redeemable QR code to our staff and each QR code can only be redeemed once. The redemption email cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

3. Can I authorize others to pick up my order?
You can only personally pick up the order with a valid redeemable QR code voucher at China Tang Landmark.

4. Can the redeemable QR code voucher still be used after it expires?
Expired or unused voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods.

Returns and refunds

1. Can I return or refund an item after placing the order?
Cancellation, return or exchange of products and refund will not be accepted upon order confirmation. If any problems are found after redemption, you can immediate exchange forthe originally purchased product at restaurant or you can contact us via email (laisunmart@laisundining.com) with the order number as soon as possible.
