China Tang Landmark

For an authentic taste of Chinese New Year, you can’t go wrong with these exquisite puddings hand-crafted by China Tang, one of the most reputed Cantonese fine dining establishments in Hong Kong. The traditional turnip pudding is made with fresh radish, a generous amount of dried tiger shrimps, homemade shrimp roe, Sakura shrimp and Chinese sausage to infuse rich flavours into every bite. On the sweet side, the Lunar New Year pudding is a healthy alternative to the traditional recipe, which features Okinawa brown sugar and fresh coconut juice to offer the perfect amount of sweetness.

Both puddings are priced at HK$328 per box, which are available for order from now till February 11.
