The traditional turnip pudding is made with fresh radish, a generous amount of dried tiger shrimps, homemade shrimp roe, Sakura shrimp and Chinese sausage to infuse rich flavours into every bite. On the sweet side, the Lunar New Year pudding is a healthy alternative to the traditional recipe, which features Okinawa brown sugar and fresh coconut juice to offer the perfect amount of sweetness.
